  • Bedgear pillow ripoff - avoiding issuing a refund



    I ordered a pillow from Bedgear and while the pillow itself is pretty good, they messed up the shipping address twice! Once they shipped it to the billing address when a different shipping address was specified. And when I called to get them to correct it before it was shipped, I was unable to reach anyone for a day. After leaving a message they finally called me back and told me my order wasn't in the system. Umm, what? Then they transferred me to someone who told me they would correct the address. I then received an email from UPS that said the shipment address had been changed, but... More...
